SMART COMMAND & SMART ADV
Reichhardt’s manufacturer-independent, future-proof automation solution intelligently networks machines, controls them automatically, optimizes work processes, and prepares operations for tomorrow’s requirements. In everyday agricultural practice, it saves time, reduces errors, and makes work more relaxed.
For machine manufacturers, SMART COMMAND is a scalable ISOBUS solution that intelligently connects vehicles and attachments, enables convenient operation, and thus makes them fit for the global market.
- New 10“ and 12” terminals will be presented at Agritechnica. They feature a robust housing that has been specially developed for use in harsh environments and have interfaces that are specifically required in the agricultural sector.
- SMART COMMAND 4 now additionally offers users a range of completely new features: connection to digital cameras, a portrait mode, and revised job management that has been further developed to meet new customer requirements.
- SMART COMMAND for semi-autonomous applications is called SMART ADV at Reichhardt. The silver medal from 2022 has now developed into a showcase project for Deutsche Bahn for the mechanical maintenance of trackside paths, in collaboration with VOGT GmbH & Co. KG and using MDB mowing caterpillars. The basic functionalities originate from the agricultural sector and can continue to be used there, for example to define field boundaries as geofences for semi-autonomous and autonomous applications such as robotics.
GREEN FIT
GREEN FIT is the only officially authorized interface to the John Deere AutoTrac system for third-party vehicles that uses the familiar login process.
- All important settings are automatically configured when the system is started for the first time. There is no need for time-consuming manual machine setup. This is a convenience that many users greatly appreciate.
- Adapted steering performance for high-speed applications up to 30 km/h—for example, when using self-propelled sprayers—guides the vehicle safely and precisely, even at the highest speeds.
- The list of available vehicles is continuously being expanded – both to include common standard tractors and harvesters with yield mapping, as well as special vehicles such as self-propelled slurry spreaders or turf equipment for golf course maintenance.
TAC
Reichhardt’s flexible TAC row sensor, which has been tried and tested worldwide in corn harvesters for many years, can now also be used universally for retrofitting, making it a genuine alternative to the original sensor in factory-installed automatic steering systems.
- Compared to the commonly used metal brackets, the TAC row sensor is made of particularly wear-resistant plastic.
- This often makes it the better alternative to the original sensor and allows it to replace the latter in its full range of functions with the usual performance. The correct sensor can be quickly identified using the reference item numbers.
- The new TAC row sensor will be available from 2026 through spare parts dealers, corn header manufacturers, or vehicle manufacturers. The new TAC row sensor from Reichhardt will also be available for applications in viticulture.
ISOBUS competence
Reichhardt has already demonstrated its expertise, approach, and objectives in the field of ISOBUS with its 2009 silver medal for the ISOBUS-compatible PSR steering system and the ISOBUS retrofit, which makes older vehicles ISO FIT. Additional products and solutions now round out the range:
ISO FIT
The expansion of the ISO FIT basic equipment with numerous options, including ISO EXTEND as an indispensable ISOBUS distributor in the cab, offers a complete range for agricultural fleets.
TIM
- With TIM, Reichhardt demonstrates that the Hesse-based company also plays a leading role in tractor implement management.
- Thanks to a universal solution including sample applications, customers can quickly find their way to concrete implementation without having to meet all ISOBUS requirements and certifications themselves.
- The universal solution enables Reichhardt to provide small and medium-sized companies with easier access to the innovative ISOBUS interface TIM.
ISO CONTROL
The new ISOBUS joystick ISO CONTROL offers new functions in a new, modern, user-friendly, and ergonomic design.
- It will replace the ISO CONTROL SK, which has been around for ten years, in 2026 and now offers additional options for controlling analog functions and using analog inputs for digital functions.
- During development, particular attention was paid to user requirements.
- A color level display via LED directly on the handle enables intuitive operation and clear feedback during use. This makes handling even more convenient and safer.
AUX2GO
AUX2GO takes the joystick with it and allows ISOBUS machine functions to be operated outside the cab using a mobile device—it is even possible to transfer functions to third parties.
- A new feature is the automatic transfer of machine-specific function icons to the mobile device.
- These appear in exactly the same form and layout as they do on the vehicle display.
- This means that users benefit from an intuitive and familiar user interface, without any additional effort or training.
ISO ALLROUND
- With ISO ALLROUND, Reichhardt offers a compact, high-performance ISOBUS job controlle for a wide range of applications.
- The basic version can be expanded with additional modules and supports all ISOBUS functionalities. Thanks to the modular hardware and software concept, almost all customer requirements can be implemented.
RTK CLUE
- As a pioneer in providing RTK correction data in an innovative cluster structure in a unique operator model that has now proven itself in several flagship European regions, RTK CLUE is more modern than ever and now ready for adaptation in other European markets and beyond.
