With only one permanent contact person in most cases, Reichhardt’s customers are well looked after when it comes to service and receive excellent advice for every new order. A new management team now distributes core tasks among several heads and jointly holds the reins.

Tim Damerius Leitung internationaler Vertrieb und Service bei Reichhardt
The 21-year-old not only received an award for the best degree as a mechatronics technician for agricultural and construction machinery technology in Germany, he has also already successfully completed his master's degree. Excellent English skills and open to the countries of this world, he is currently gaining experience at Reichhardt in the USA. He is the first contact person for all sales partners and importers of Reichhardt products abroad and supports the management trio in international sales and customer service.

Jannis Kraft kaufmännischer Leiter im Vertrieb und Kundenservice bei Reichhardt
The 28-year-old has been in sales and customer service at Reichhardt for 3 years. He is a trained farmer and competed his training as an agricultural machinery mechatronics technician in the agricultural machinery trade. He therefore knows the farmer's needs very well and always has the right products at hand. He is the first point of contact for his costumers in southern Germany, Austria and Switzerland. In the new management trio, he is responsible for the commercial management in sales and customer service.

The-25-year-old has been with Reichhardt for 4 years. As a master craftsman for mechatronics for agricultural and construction machinery technology, he is responsible for the next gerneration and guarantees the apprentice an excellent training at Reichhardt. For his customers in northern Germany, he is the first point of contact. He has excellent knowledge of all aspects of the vehicles and their use in Smart Farming. In the new management trio, he is responsible for technical management in sales and customer service.
